Agreement: These terms govern your use of software, applications, and services published by CamelCase Labs Inc. By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and CamelCase Labs Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These terms govern your access to and use of our applications, websites, and related digital services (collectively, the “Services”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install, download, or use our Services.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CamelCase Labs Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications on personal Apple-branded devices (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, or visionOS) that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the applications.
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the applications.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the applications or make them available over a network to multiple devices simultaneously without authorization.
Use the applications for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.

3. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, & Billing

Certain features or applications may offer one-time in-app purchases or recurring subscriptions (“In-App Purchases”).

Billing: All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store (StoreKit) using the payment method associated with your Apple ID account.
Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time via your Apple device’s account settings (Settings → [Your Apple ID] → Subscriptions).
Refunds: Refund requests are governed by Apple’s official refund policies and must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the applications, including all software code, interface design, brand names, visual assets, and documentation, are and will remain the exclusive property of CamelCase Labs Inc. and its licensors.

5. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you obtained our applications from Apple’s App Store, you and CamelCase Labs Inc. acknowledge and agree to the following mandatory Apple provisions:

Acknowledgment: This agreement is concluded between you and CamelCase Labs Inc. only, and not with Apple Inc. CamelCase Labs Inc., not Apple, is solely responsible for the applications and their content.
Maintenance & Support: CamelCase Labs Inc. is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the applications. You and CamelCase Labs Inc. acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the applications.
Warranty: CamelCase Labs Inc. is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the application to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application.
Product Claims: You and CamelCase Labs Inc. acknowledge that CamelCase Labs Inc., not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims of the end-user or any third party relating to the application or the end-user’s possession and/or use of that application, including: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual Property Claims: In the event of any third-party claim that the application or your possession and use of that application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, CamelCase Labs Inc., not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-Party Beneficiary: You and CamelCase Labs Inc. acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CAMELCASE LABS INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which CamelCase Labs Inc. is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
